The Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Education, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center and the Behavioral Rehabilitation Department, held a seminar titled “Psychological Support for Mothers of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder,” presented by Assistant Lecturer Ayat Jawad.
The seminar focused on helping mothers accept their children’s condition, cope with daily challenges, and maintain psychological well-being, enabling them to better support and care for their children. It also highlighted the importance of enhancing communication and practical skills. The session witnessed active engagement from faculty members and students, reflecting the value of such initiatives in developing both academic and practical capacities.
