Programmed Cell Death

The College of Health and Medical Technologies, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, organized a lecture titled “Programmed Cell Death.” The lecture was delivered by Prof. Dr. Amer Mutab, a faculty member in the Department of Radiology and Ultrasound, in the presence of the Dean, a number of faculty members, and third-year students.
The lecture addressed the definition of this histological concept and focused on the importance of programmed cell death, its relationship with cancer, the renewal of body cells and tissues, and the elimination of weak or damaged cells.
