A Historical Overview of the Behavioral Rehabilitation Department for Autism
In a pivotal moment in the journey of higher education in Iraq, and driven by a profound belief in every individual's right to support and care, the Behavioral Rehabilitation Department for Autism was established at the College of Education, Imam Jaafar Al-Sadiq University, during the academic year 2024–2025. This marked the founding of the first specialized department of its kind across both public and private Iraqi universities.
