In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Peace and blessings be upon the Seal of the Prophets, Abu al-Qasim Muhammad, and upon his pure and virtuous family.
And with Him we seek help.
As we welcome the new academic year 2025-2026 with a spirit filled with joy and hope, we march together, cheering and welcoming our children back to their classrooms. We are driven by the path of goodness and hard work to build human beings with the greatest of knowledge and good morals in a university whose title tells you what transpires within its corridors. Here, lessons of knowledge are taught, framed and protected by the cloaks of purity, culture, and refined literature. We recall that this year coincides with the birth anniversary of the Master of Mankind on earth and in heaven. May God Almighty and Exalted be He and His righteous angels send blessings upon him.
O people, pray for him and greet him with peace.
Our university, Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq University (peace be upon him), is a loving, cohesive family, rooted in authentic traditions that elevate its relationships beyond the application of the law. It has advanced its knowledge and literature and achieved much thanks to its patron, the great scholar Sayyid Hussein Baraka al-Shami, and its presidency, represented by the esteemed university president, his esteemed professor assistants, the deans of all colleges, and our esteemed teaching colleagues.
We ask God Almighty to perpetuate this blessing upon us, guide our steps, and make us among those who participate in the mission of building a new Iraq. He is the All-Hearing, the All-Answering.

The College of Administrative and Financial Sciences seeks to achieve a position of leadership and excellence in the field of scientific and practical applications and specializations related to the fields of administrative and financial sciences such as business administration, accounting, and oil and gas economics, which is reflected in the quality of education and the adoption of sustainable development at the local, regional, and international levels.

Providing advanced and renewed educational programs in the various fields of administrative and financial sciences, supporting Iraqi society with scientific and practical competencies and human cadres trained in modern scientific techniques, qualified to compete in the Iraqi labor market and conduct administrative, financial and economic scientific research and studies.
