The Strategic Plan

The process of formulating the strategic plan is a challenging and complex task that requires real efforts from specialized committees with future visions and high performance to outline actual and precise steps to achieve this in relation to the university, its branches, departments, and administrative units at various levels. This plan spans the next five years of actual work for its implementation, taking into account the necessity of providing and preparing specific budgets, preparing all staff and resources, and determining actual activities to address external threats and manage crises in favor of the university to achieve its strategic objectives in line with the university's vision, goals, mission, and values, followed by monitoring its implementation.

Additionally, we cannot overlook that the strategic plan plays a positive role in enhancing the efficiency and quality of education and the outputs that the university provides to the labor market, defining the expected future paths towards achieving the goals that the senior leadership aspires to. This is done through internal and external collaboration and coordination with all related parties, ultimately benefiting the educational institution.

Based on the conviction and belief of the Presidency of Imam Ja'far Al-Sadiq University (peace be upon him) in following a clear scientific method for preparing its strategy (2021-2026), a committee was formed to prepare and develop the strategic plan under the supervision of the University President according to the university order number (M R/710) dated 27/5/2021.
