Learning outcomes of the program:
A graduate of the accounting program is expected to be able to:
• Occupying accounting jobs in the governmental and private sector institutions, and properly understanding and assimilating contemporary accounting problems and their solutions.
• Commitment to the rules, and ethics that an accountant must have.
• Recording financial operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in companies, private business organizations, non-profit organizations, and others.
• Preparing and presenting the positions of financial reports and other documents in application of generally accepted accounting principles in companies, private business organizations, non-profit organizations and others.
• Using and evaluating accounting software.
• Understanding the course of the audit process, starting from the planning stage, to evaluating the elements of the organization's internal control system and ending with preparing the audit report.
• Contributing to decision-making processes through the application of the basics of costs and principles of management accounting.
• Developing the profession of accounting and auditing and contribute to planning, rationalizing and controlling the financial affairs of the various departments in the institutions.
