Department of Administrative Affairs
This Department was established in 2004, and continues its pioneering tasks in managing affairs related to staff, follow-up and services, as the attendance of all University employees and vacations is monitored through the Personnel Division, as well as supervising the follow-up Division, which includes guards to supervise the entrances to the University and reception to receive students and graduates and guide them to the departments concerned.
The main tasks of the Department include:
1. Following up the infrastructure and find solutions to develop and sustain it.
2. Achieving sustainable development by finding alternatives to electrical systems, benefiting from solar energy, and developing green spaces at the University to achieve environmental development.
3. Developing the skills of the University employees through their participation in courses, seminars and workshops inside and outside the University for the development of administrative work and electronic automation.
4. Honoring outstanding employees in administrative work.
5. Selecting the distinguished to obtain higher degrees and granting them a study leave with full pay.
