General objectives of the department:
- Preparing qualified graduates specialized in the field of clinical psychology who have sufficient scientific and practical knowledge to face the psychological challenges in our society.
- Preparing clinical psychologists who are able to:
• Diagnosing mental disorders and dealing with them.
• Defense and preservation of individuals and groups with sufficient health and psychological sciences.
• Interact with the community and work to increase psychological awareness to enable the citizens to protect themselves and their environment
• Using modern scientific techniques in the fields of clinical psychology for diagnosis and treatment.
