Objectives Department

 

The most important of these objectives are:-

1. Spreading the legal culture, and deepening its foundations aimed at developing the elements of the legal personality in its sound knowledge and scientific formation.

2. Enhancing the necessary legal knowledge and skills and employing them to solve outstanding problems effectively and efficiently, from academic gradation from general to special, and from theoretical to practical.

3. Endeavoring to increase the opportunities for practical application in coordination with the Supreme Judicial Council and the legal departments, in a way that makes the theoretical study harmonizing with an applied study that meets the needs of the labor market.

4. Contributing to the development of plans, policies, and work methods in the State institutions, agencies, and the governmental and private sectors in matters relating to the legal aspect and presenting innovative models and experiences to solve various problems.

5. Raising the efficiency of workers and employees in institutions and state agencies and the governmental and private sectors, through curricula and programs to prepare and qualify for graduation as jurists.

6. Upgrading society to an advanced stage of awareness and urbanization, by providing greater opportunities to absorb high school graduates in order to complete their university studies and reduce the burden on the governmental universities.

7. Providing legal human capabilities armed with science and knowledge, in order to build our country that has been devastated by wars.

8. Encouraging the movement of authorship, translation and publication in legal fields and related sciences.
