University President's Office
About the office:
The President’s office undertakes the implementation of the tasks entrusted to it by the President of the University by virtue of its direct association with them. Since it is considered the executive and guiding authority, it undertakes the monitoring the official correspondence between the Presidency of the University and official and non-official bodies.
It contains the following offices:
A - office manager
b- The secretariat.
A- Duties of the office manager:
1. Coordinating the University President's appointments.
2. Organizing the work of the office and arranging the work environment.
3. Organizing the entry of deans, directors of administrative and teaching units, and employees who have deliberations with the President of the University.
4. Monitoring the important letters to be answered immediately (urgent) with all the units and departments of the University and the colleges to which the President's apostil refers.
4. Annual evaluation of the Office staff.
5. Inform the deans of the colleges of the dates of the meetings and the directions of the President of the University, which are important and require expedite to take the necessary action.
6. Checking incoming and outgoing mail from the University President.
7- Attending meetings to present the agenda and take notes and results.
8- Monitoring the implementation of administrative decisions by communicating with all other departments.
9 - Supervising the administrative and secretarial staff, and monitoring the volume of work pressure and work rate.
B- Secretarial tasks:
1- Performing general office tasks, such as copying, photocopying, mailing and archiving files.
2- Preparing a paper and electronic archiving system.
3- Receiving letters received by the University, documenting them electronically and sending them according to the sender.
4. Exporting official letters and sending them to the concerned authorities, both in paper and electronic format, as necessary.
5- Responding to inquiries and monitoring the progress of transactions received by the office.
6- Complete confidentiality.
