Quality Assurance
The Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance is one of the departments related to the office of the Scientific Assistant of the President of the University. The department works to spread the culture of quality in the University' colleges in Baghdad, the center and branches in the governorates, through training courses, and the application of programs approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It looks forward to establish an effective system and advanced strategies to ensure quality in scientific and administrative departments and laboratories.
On the basis of the concept of quality, which is the administrative process that depends on a set of statistical foundations, and human cadres that help the level of services, the department at the university has provided many scientific and administrative programs and activities in raising the level of competencies and improving the degree of performance. it has also contributed to promoting a culture of self-evaluation, and following up on the process of improvement and development of academic and educational performance in the university’s colleges and their various centers.
The department also contributes to providing support to the University through the quality assurance divisions in the university’s colleges and branches, which operate according to a clear vision and a well-thought-out plan aimed at achieving the desired goals of the University, by investing intellectual capabilities and developing the mental energies of human resources, which represent the effective force for improving the university education system and clarifying its vision at its best.
