The Department of History seeks to achieve leadership and progress in the field of historical studies and access to the most prominent aspects of civilization at the local (Iraq) and at the international levels, and to inspire lessons by linking the past with the present, as history is the summary of human experience and its study leads to the formation of a comprehensive cultural civilized vision for various specialties.
