brief history

The Department of Medical Laboratory Technology was established in the year 2023-2024 and aims to graduate qualified technical personnel to work in hospitals and various health centers (pathological analyses, blood banking).

Tasks and duties assigned to graduates of the department:

1. Conducting laboratory tests related to (isolation - staining - examination of germs present in clinical samples).
2. Preparing and sterilizing agricultural media and examining food for food contamination.
3. Conducting all blood analyzes and test.
4. Conducting urine and discharge tests and various body fluids (knee fluids, spinal cord fluids, etc.).
5. Preparing tissue slides for various organs of the body and preparing them for examination
6. Prepare all laboratory solutions.
7. Dealing with laboratory equipment used in pathological analysis laboratories by operating and maintaining them.
8. Managing laboratories, preparing their supplies, and vital statistical analysis regarding pathological analyses.
